Ingredients
Bhindi | 500gms | Onion | 250gms |
Oil | 1 cup | Tomatoes | 125gms |
Green chili | 5-6med -size | Red chili | 1/2tea spoon |
Red salt | 1 tea spoon | Haldi/turmeric powder | ¼ tea spoon

Instructions
Look at this picture to know about the cutting method of bhindi. Always cut only fresh green veggies otherwise taste will not delicious.
- Bhindi should be washed 1/2 hour before cooking.
- Remain it in open air to dry water completely. This process give you a churncy and spicy salon.
- Heat a pan on medium heat then add oil.
- When oil is heated add bhindi in it.
- Fry it for 5-10 minutes to give fresh look and ended their stickiness.
- Put out the fry bhindi in a bowl.
- Now add chopped green chilies in the oil of the pan and fry it only for 1 minute. Add onion and fry it until they become light brown.
- Add red chili and, haldi and mix it well by adding tomatoes in it.
- Stir it well and cover it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
- Remove the lid and stir it on medium flame.
- On this stage you add ½ tea spoon salt in it and remaining ½ sprinkle on the bhindi which is in the bowl and mix it well .This give you spicy taste.
- Cooking the tomatoes until they become soft .Now add fry bhindi in it and mix it well.
- Keep flame on low and add coriander powder and amchur in it.
- Mix it well for 4-5 minutes until oil will be separate.
- At this stage do not cover pan with lid. It never give you a spicy, crunchy and delicious taste.
Serving suggestions
16. Serve hot with fresh chapattis/ pulkas’ and your favorite chutney/raita or your own choice pickle and any type of fresh salad.
