Ingredients
Gram flour | 1 cup | Onion | 1 medium sized |
Green chili | 5-6 | Potato | 1 medium sized |
Cumin(zeera) | 1 teaspoon | Coriander seeds | 1 tbspoon |
Salt | 1 teaspoon | Water | As required |
Kasuri methi | 1 teaspoon | spinach | ½ bunch |
Oil (as needed for deep frying)
Instructions
Cut the onion in thinly sliced and cut the potatoes in small pieces length wise and chop the spinach and mix into a bowl.
Add the cumin, crushed red chili ½ teaspoon, chopped green chilies, coriander seeds, salt, Kasuri methi and gram flour and mix it well for prefect pakora recipe.
Slowly add water and mix it very well.
Pour the oil in your deep fryer and heat on medium flame.
Use a tablespoon to put the batter into the oil.
Fry until golden brown and crispy, turning as needed to cook evenly.
Drain on kitchen paper or towels before serving.
Serving suggestions
Pakoras can be serve with mint chutney, Tomato ketchup along with green tea, pink tea or coffee.
