Ingredients and instructions for mutton biryani recipe
To make a paste (For marination)
1kg lamb or goat meat with bones (cut in medium size) is required for mutton biryani recipe.

Preparation and marination
- Add all the ingredients mentioned under
“masalas grind to powder” to a fine powder.
- In a large bowl add masalas finely beaten yogurt, along with salt.
To marinate the mutton for mutton biryani recipe
- Add washed mutton and mix well. Allow the mutton to marinate at least 2 hours under refrigeration.
- Clean and wash rice, soak it 45 minutes.
Making the biryani gravy
Oil 400gms (1) Heat oil in a pan, add onion

(5) Add tomato slices, chilies and against Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Scoop out extra oil and remain it a side for after use of mutton biryani recipe.
To cook the rice
Rice 1kg (1) In a large pot, add
Water as needed enough water, bay
leaves 2-3 leaves, cinnamon stick,

¼ cup mint leaves (1) In a large pot, add half of the cooked
3 tablespoon oil rice as a bottom layer.
A generous pinch of (2) Add cooked mutton masala and
