Directions
It is very easy and simple to make a chapli kebab. In a bowl, add beef mince, soaked pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, tomatoes, onions and egg and mix it well. Refrigerate mixture for 15-20 minutes.
Mix well again and make patties from kebab material.
Heat ghee in a deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degree C).Cook patties in the hot ghee until well-cooked, fry 4-6 minutes per side.
