What is a burger?
Burger recipe is known as a snack food such as pancake or pizza pancake. It is liked by all young, elders and children. Beef, chicken or any type of 4 patties
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon seasoning salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 burger buns
2 eggs
Optional ingredients
Burger topping, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise etc.
Instructions
Lay buns, cut side down and cook until lightly toasted, 30 seconds to 1minute. You must use a little amount of egg for the toasting process, this gives a rich taste to your burger recipe.
Spread mayonnaise and ketchup mixture on bun bottoms. Add lettuce, tomatoes, patty, onion, cucumber and salt and pepper according to your taste, you can also add chat masala to make the burger recipe spicy.

You can also use shami kebab or chapli kebab in place of burger patty.
Heat a large cast- iron pan over medium-high heat. Cook buns for 4 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for 3 minutes more. You may need to drain off the fat and wipe the pan between burger consignments.
